The first round of the competition closes on August 22, 2014. Then, the excitement continues as the top 10 online competitors move offline to present live and in-person on Oct. 2nd at Splash LA (Santa Monica), in front of hundreds of attendees. An overall winner will be chosen by judges on Oct. 2. The winning company gets one-hour individual sit-down meetings with top-notch VCs, such as Javelin Venture Partners, Greycroft and others.
